617 Direct Air Intake Kit with Oil Separator 2.0

Direct Air Intake 2.0 !!

For the 617 Mercedes Turbo Diesel

This kit does several things:

-Removes that often broken and bulbous air filter housing

-Cleans up the engine bay and gives you plenty of room to work on and around your turbo.

-Allows turbo to breath as much air as it's craving

-Improves throttle response

-Directs oil bypass back to crankcase in a clean and tidy fashion.

Included in kit
-Anodized black aluminum oil separator catch can with filter. This directs liquid oil back to crankcase and oil vapor to atmosphere with air filter

-High quality silicone 3" to 2.5" reducer from aluminum elbow to turbo

-Black nylon braided internal metal reinforced breather hose

-Black anodized aluminum AN fittings for all braided hose connections

-Stainless hose T clamps for all connections bigger than 1"

-Aluminum 90 degree elbow

-High quality conical and cleanable filter (not K&N)

-OEM German rubber valve cover breather elbow

-1/4" thick stainless machined catch can mount with stainless hardware
